Salary benchmarking
We can conduct a full review of salary and benefits packages for equivalent roles in the industry. Our reviews include organisations of larger and smaller scale than your own, to enable you to gauge the total market.  The salary and benefits data is complemented by an overview of skills availability within the required area, to enable you to factor supply and demand trends into your salary projections. We undertake both departmental reviews (salary and benefits scales within each role level) and individual role reviews, depending on your brief.

Supplier Management
Our long-standing expertise and reputation enable us to take on supplier management responsibility. We can set up and manage a preferred supplier list of recruitment companies on your behalf.  In this way we have delivered costs savings of up to 33% for our clients, as well as raising standards of delivery and increasing speed of response.

Contractor supplier management
By setting up direct invoicing processes between Spencer Rose and your contractors we can achieve savings of up to 37% on agency fees, as well as large reductions in the time taken for invoice processing. We use electronic time-management and payment systems to cut down on paper and to remove unnecessary steps in the process.

In-sourcing programme
In-sourcing brings a steady flow of pre-filtered candidates at low cost.  Using staff referrals, establishing new channels through technology user groups and promoting sign-up through external company sites are some of the ways we attract new candidates. We then build and qualify a database of candidates that can be grown and developed in line with company need.

Outplacement services  
In the unfortunate event of redundancies, we can work with former employees to help them find new employment. We offer seminars on CV preparation and interview skills and work across our network to locate potential opportunities.
