We have a network of well-qualified candidates at all levels, whether for project delivery or senior management roles.  Most of our contractors have worked in their fields for over 10 years and bring a wealth of skills, experience and transferable knowledge, making them a valuable asset to any team.

From initial contract discussions, through to managing our contractors on client sites, we are actively involved.  Contractor care meetings are held on a regular basis to review how the contract is progressing and to handle extension agreements when offered.  We recognise that contractor retention is a key element of any engagement, especially at critical times within projects. These meetings allow our clients to manage resource plans effectively.

Because of the high demand for our contractors, we manage a finely-tuned scheduling system which enables us to anticipate contract finish dates, update any extensions and then re-introduce contractors to the market quickly.
